[VENUE RULES]
Dear Guests!
According to the internal rules of the venue and the current legislation of Ukraine, it is prohibited to:
• Pursuant to Article 15-3 of the Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of the Production and Circulation of Ethyl Alcohol, Cognac and Fruit Spirits, Alcoholic Beverages, Tobacco Products and Liquids Used in Electronic Cigarettes”, the sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
• The venue reserves the right to check identification documents confirming age.
• The venue does not provide services to persons under the age of majority and does not allow the presence of children accompanied by adults.
⬥ Visiting with animals.
• In accordance with sanitary regulations and Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Sanitary and Epidemic Well-Being of the Population”, the presence of animals in catering establishments is not allowed (exceptions — service dogs or guide dogs).
⬥ Consumption of personal food and drinks.
• According to Part 2 of Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, the venue has the right to independently determine the assortment of products and services.
⬥ Smoking indoors.
• Pursuant to Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Measures to Prevent and Reduce the Use of Tobacco Products”, smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and hookahs in catering establishments is prohibited.
⬥ Moving chairs to other tables.
• This is an internal rule regulated by Part 1 of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (the consumer is obliged to comply with the rules established by the venue).
⬥ Requesting music or playing personal music.
• In accordance with Article 50 of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Atmospheric Air”, standards are in place to prevent noise pollution. The venue sets internal rules to maintain comfort for all guests.
Please also remember:
⬥ Service staff and domestic servants are not the same. Respect the people who provide you with service.
⬥ Drink — with more quality, not more quantity! If the bartender considers you’ve had enough — have some water instead.
⬥ Last Call (final order) — 30 minutes before closing.
⬥ Be responsible and do not disturb the atmosphere you have entered.
Important!
In case of violation of the rules, the venue has the right to refuse service or entry (Part 1 of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”).
