⬥ Історія: Ром Plantation Australia 2007 дистильований у 2007 році та витриманий протягом 13 років у бочках з-під бурбона, у підвалах винокурні Beenleigh Artisan, потім був перевезений у регіон Шарант у Франції, де витримувався протягом року у французьких дубових бочках Maison Ferrandе.

⬥ Flavor: Rich, slightly tart taste with fruity notes is revealed by shades of exotic fruits, vanilla and cocoa. Has a pleasant aftertaste with spicy and woody nuances and a light touch of waxed oak. 

⬥ Aroma: Complex multifaceted aroma with fruity notes of peach, apricot, shades of fresh vanilla, coconut, raisins and floral nuances of iris and lilac.

⬥ Ageing: 14 years.

⬥ Country: France, Charente.

⬥ History: Plantation Rum Australia 2007 was distilled in 2007 and aged for 13 years in bourbon barrels in the cellars of the Beenleigh Artisan distillery, then transported to the Charente region of France, where it was aged for a year in Maison Ferrand French oak barrels.
