⬥ Історія: Tenjaku (Теньяку) — молодий і амбітний алкогольний бренд преміумкласу з Японії, назва якого в перекладі з японської означає «жайворонок». Жайворонок у Японії символізує спілку землі та неба, а також є птахом доброго передвістя.

Рішення про виробництво джину було прийняте компанією після успішного релізу двох японських віскі: Tenjaku і Tenjaku Pure Malt. 

Tenjaku Gin — унікальний напій, що належить до категорії джинів «London Dry». Головною особливістю технології виробництва цього джину є використання міксу європейських і азійських «ботанікалів». Під ретельним контролем майстра дистиляції Чікако Тамічі з Європи добираються: ялівець, коріандр, апельсин, лимон, корінь Ангеліки, кориця, лакриця, ірис, мускатний горіх. А японської основою ароматів слугують Юзу, зелений перець Саншо, листя зеленого чаю й персик із регіону Яманасі.

Такий склад ароматичних компонентів робить джин Tenjaku дуже гармонійним, збалансованим і насиченим напоєм із переважанням ноток юзу, цитрусових, зеленого чаю й персика в ароматі.

⬥ History: Tenjaku is a young and ambitious premium alcoholic brand from Japan, the name of which in Japanese means “lark”. In Japan, the lark symbolizes the union of earth and sky, and is also a bird of good omen.

The decision to produce gin was made by the company after the successful release of two Japanese whiskeys: Tenjaku and Tenjaku Pure Malt. 

Tenjaku Gin is a unique drink belonging to the category of “London Dry” gins. The main feature of the production technology of this gin is the use of a mix of European and Asian "botanicals". Under the careful control of the master distiller Chikako Tamichi, the following are selected from Europe: juniper, coriander, orange, lemon, angelica root, cinnamon, licorice, iris, nutmeg. And the Japanese base of the aromas is Yuzu, green Sansho pepper, green tea leaves and peach from the Yamanashi region.

This composition of aromatic components makes Tenjaku gin a very harmonious, balanced and rich drink with a predominance of notes of yuzu, citrus fruits, green tea and peach in the aroma.
