Американцям було важко полюбити їх гіркоту, але італійці не здавалися і, нарешті, в США потрапив солодкий, горіховий і смачний Amaretto Disaronno. Перший варіант коктейлю народився у дешевому диско-клубі. Він був занадто солодкий і жахливий.

Та сауеру дали ще один шанс, тому нам пощастило! Зараз ми п’ємо його кращу і збалансовану версію.

⬥ History: Amaretto Sour appeared in the 1970s, when Italian liqueurs were becoming popular in the USA. It was difficult for Americans to like their bitterness, but the Italians did not give up and finally the sweet, nutty and delicious Amaretto Disaronno arrived in the United States. The first version of the cocktail was born in a cheap disco club. He was too sweet and awful. But Sauer was given another chance, so we are lucky!

Now we drink a better and more balanced version of it.
