Для виробництва «Rooster Rojo» використовується 100% Blue Agawe, вирощена в Текілі і Лос-Альтос-де-Халіско. Ретельно відібрана сировина відправляється в автоклав, потім подрібнюють і віджимають сік. У рідину додають дріжджі, склад яких знаходиться під найсуворішим секретом. Після ферментації забродивший сік агави дистилюють, і пізніше доводять до необхідної міцності.

⬥ History: Rooster Rojo is a premium brand of tequila from the famous distillery «Fabrica de Tequilas Finos», located in the Mexican city of Tequila. The company produces a large range of tequilas, which are annually awarded at prestigious international competitions.

For the production of «Rooster Rojo» 100% Blue Agave is used, grown in Tequila and Los Altos de Jalisco. Carefully selected raw materials are sent to an autoclave, then crushed and the juice is squeezed out. Yeast is added to the liquid, the composition of which is kept under the strictest secrecy. After fermentation, the fermented agave juice is distilled, and later brought to the required strength.
