Друзі!
Як і кожен соціально-відповідальний бізнес, ми не можемо ігнорувати те, що відбувається в нашій країні. З пешого дня повномасштабного вторгнення наша команда робила корисні справи та намагалась наближати перемогу тим, чим ми можемо.
Ми плели сітки, займались волонтерством, розселенням переселенців, розчищали завали в інших областях та донатили-донатили.
За цей час нам вдалося провести та взяти участь у кількох масштабних проєктах.
KYIV SOUR
Протягом кількох місяців ми подавали коктейлі від наших друзів-барменів з різних українських міст у рамках проєкту #незабаром_за_баром. Один з них, KYIV SOUR, від бар-менеджера PAROVOZ Дмитра Шовкопляса, ми присвятили благодійності та щомісяця перераховували частину коштів з його продажу на ЗСУ. Загалом за допомогою KYIV SOUR ми перерахували 34 495 грн.
Благодійний тур «CHARITY HOSPITALITY»
«ПОЛУНОЧНИКИ» стали одним із приймаючих барів Великої Всеукраїнської ініціативи «Charity Hospitalitу» від Фонду «Я буду твоїм тилом» та бару FLACON. Разом із Flacon, Beatnik Bar, 19l20 cafe, Sino Experimental, Kisa bar ми перерахували 58 047 грн з продажу коктейлів на благодійних гестах.
БЛАГОДІЙНИЙ ДЖАЗОВИЙ ВЕЧІР
8 вересня разом із колективом Jazz Atmospere ми отримали задоволення від музики та смачних коктейлів. Більше того, за один вечір, ми закрили збір для нашого військового друга.
33 267 грн були перераховані на кунг, аби зробити холодний сезон військової бригади трішки теплішим.
Ми продовжили благодійні ініціативи, аби, із вашою участю, допомогти тим, хто цього потребує найбільше. У жовтні ми запустили акцію «ДО ОСТАННЬОЇ КРАПЛІ» та збирали кошти на будівництво 2 свердловин у Миколаєві — місті без води.
Поки ініціатори акції вирушили у благодійний велотур зі Львова до Миколаєва, аби привернути увагу до ініціативи, ми поставили за мету разом із вами зібрати кошти та перерахувати їх на будівництво свердловин. Загалом вартість реалізації проєкту 2 500 000 грн.
Ми усі любимо допивати коктейлі «до останньої краплі», тому зробили це з користю та додатковим донатом на суму 45 279 грн.
З нагоди першої річниці «ПОЛУНОЧНИКІВ», 13 листопада, за нашою барною стійкою зібралася відома барна компанія з індустрії. Кожен з барменів готував свій власний авторький коктейль, а частину коштів з продажу цих напоїв (20 000 грн) ми переказали до благодійного фонду «КИЇВ ВОЛОНТЕРСЬКИЙ».
РІЗДВЯНЕ «ДЯКУЮ»
Сідаючи за різдвяний стіл та запускаючи наше зимове меню зі смаками улюблених 12 страв, ми не могли не подякувати тим, хто оберігає наш спокій. Висловили вдячність вже звичним для нас способом — через донат — 10 000 грн.
«PEOPLE PLACE ТА ДРОНИ-ПАНІШЕРИ»
Лютневий guest-shift львівських PeoplePlace та HAIM запам’ятається не лише коктейлями та дружнім вайбом — 3 750 грн з продажів коктейлю «Незламність» ми перерахували на дрони-панішери у батальйон одного з поціновувачів коктейльної індустрії.
БЛАГОДІЙНИЙ ДОНАТ З ГЕСТУ LOGGERHEAD
Разом із командою бару LoggerHead вирішили один коктейль з гостьового меню повністю присвятити благодійному збору від Артема Скапенко. Тому сума в 4 500 грн полетіла для Спецпідрозділу Вогняної Підтримки ЗСУ 💪🏻
ДОПОМОГА ХЕРСОНУ
Після підриву окупантами Каховської ГЕС, більшість території Херсонської області опинилася під водою. Щоб пришвидшити ліквідацію наслідків екоциду ми передали благодійній організації помпу-насос, рукави та хомути для відкачування води. Загальна сума переказу склала 20 363 грн.
ПОЛУНОЧНИКИ B-DAY
З нагоди нашого дворіччя провели аукціон, на якому розіграли 12 лотів та зібрали 139 000 грн за 40 хвилин. Таку вагому суму вирішили розділити між трьома зборами:
- 103 455 грн на MAVIC в армію дронів Сергія Стерненка.
- 24 045 грн команді харківського бару DITCH, на регулярні благодійні акції та збори.
- 11 500 грн у підтримку колишнього бармена, в нині — пораненого воїна — Олексія Мармаро.
Також долучилися до підтримки Олексія окремим донатом в 20 грн з кожного проданого благодійного коктейлю, що в сумі склало 680 грн.
БЛАГОДІЙНІ КОКТЕЙЛІ
«ПОЛУНОЧНИКИ» стали частиною легендарного збору барної спільноти, тому цілий грудень готуватимемо коктейль «Кий Масала» на горілці «KYI». 35 барів обʼєднались, аби зібрати 1 150 000 гривень на тепловізійні дрони Mavic 3T для 1-й батальйону 3-ї ОШБР 4 роти. Усі кошти від продажу благодійних коктейлів підуть на закупку потужних дронів!
Наша частина від загального збору склала 30 000 грн.
БЛАГОДІЙНИЙ ГЕСТ в рамках події Horeca Masters. Відомий український юрист ЄВГЕН КОМАРОВ на один вечір став нашим зірковим барменом, що міксував авторські коктейлі. 1 450 грн з проданих коктейлів перераховані на збір Дронів.
БЛАГОДІЙНИЙ ГЕСТ ЕЛІНИ МБАНІ
2 години за стійкою бара та година за стійкою мікрофона — І до загального задоволення гостей додались 5 000 грн благодійного донату з проданих коктейлів. Вся сума перерахована на користь Superhumans за підтримки BAROMETER.
CHARITY NEGRONI WEEK
Разом із Campari запустили у продаж благодійний Негроні, аби вшанувати міжнародний Negroni Week та зібрати 13 000 грн на утримання IT SHELTER — карпатського прихистку для біженців та переселенців.
BAROMETER x SUPERHUMANS
Повернення легендарного бар-шоу відбулося під благодійною ціллю присвятити цьогорічний івент збору коштів на потреби фонду Superhumans. Наша команда стала учасником BAROMETER 2024 та 2 дні готувала коктейлі для барменів, колег з hospitality та гостей барного шоу.
98 490 грн — благодійна сума з проданих нами коктейлів за два дні.
Загальна сума зібраних коштів з усіх учасників BAROMETER — 800 000 грн.
ЗБІР НА ФОНД Helping to Leave
Переможний коктейль "ALLO" Кирила Кравченка, присвячений Херсону, зі змагання Cointreau, зібрав благодійну суму у розмірі 24 803 грн. Кошти були перераховані на допомогу в евакуації з окупованих територій.
ПОЛУНОЧНИКИ B-DAY
З нагоди нашої третьої річниці зібрали донат на суму 15 900 грн, який був перерахований до фонду «SUPERHUMANS» з реабілітації, протезування та реконструкційної хірургії для постраждалих від війни.

Like every socially responsible business, we cannot ignore what is happening in our country. From the first day of the full-scale invasion, our team has been doing good deeds and trying to bring victory closer in any way we can.
We have woven nets, volunteered, settled displaced persons, cleared debris in other regions, and donated continuously.
During this time, we managed to organize and participate in several major projects.
KYIV SOUR For several months, we served cocktails from our bartender friends from various Ukrainian cities as part of the #незабаром_за_баром (soon at the bar project). One of them, KYIV SOUR, by PAROVOZ bar manager Dmytro Shovkoplyas, we dedicated to charity and monthly donated a portion of its sales to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In total, through KYIV SOUR, we donated 34,495 UAH.
Charity Hospitality Tour «POLUNOCHNYKY» became one of the hosting bars for the large all-Ukrainian initiative «Charity Hospitality» by the «I'll Be Your Rear» Foundation and FLACON bar. Together with Flacon, Beatnik Bar, 19l20 cafe, Sino Experimental, and Kisa bar, we donated 58,047 UAH from the sales of cocktails at charity guest shifts.
Charity Jazz Evening On September 8th, together with the Jazz Atmospere collective, we enjoyed music and delicious cocktails. Moreover, in one evening, we completed a fundraiser for our military friend. 33,267 UAH were donated for a Kung to make the cold season for the military brigade a bit warmer.
We continued our charity initiatives to help those who need it most with your participation. In October, we launched the «TO THE LAST DROP» campaign and raised funds for the construction of two wells in Mykolaiv, a city without water.
While the campaign initiators went on a charity bike tour from Lviv to Mykolaiv to draw attention to the initiative, we aimed to collect funds and transfer them for well construction. The project's total cost was 2,500,000 UAH. We all love to finish our cocktails "to the last drop," so we did it with benefit and an additional donation of 45,279 UAH.
For the first anniversary of «POLUNOCHNYKY», on November 13th, renowned industry bar companies gathered at our bar counter. Each bartender prepared their own signature cocktail, and part of the proceeds from these drinks (20,000 UAH) was donated to the «KYIV VOLUNTEER» charity foundation.
Christmas «THANK YOU» Sitting down at the Christmas table and launching our winter menu with the flavors of 12 favorite dishes, we couldn't help but thank those who guard our peace. We expressed our gratitude in a way familiar to us — through a donation of 10,000 UAH.
People Place and Punisher Drones The February guest shift by the Lviv PeoplePlace and HAIM will be remembered not only for the cocktails and friendly vibe — 3,750 UAH from the sales of the «Unbreakable» cocktail was donated for punisher drones in the battalion of one of the cocktail industry's admirers.
Charity Donation from the LoggerHead Guest Shift Together with the LoggerHead bar team, we decided to dedicate one cocktail from the guest menu entirely to Artem Skapenko's charity fundraiser. Therefore, 4,500 UAH was sent to the Special Fire Support Unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Help for Kherson After the Kakhovka HPP was blown up by the occupiers, most of Kherson Oblast was flooded. To accelerate the elimination of the ecocide's consequences, we donated a pump, hoses, and clamps for water drainage to a charity organization. The total transfer amount was 20,363 UAH.
POLUNOCHNYKY B-DAY For our second anniversary, we held an auction where we raffled off 12 lots and collected 139,000 UAH in 40 minutes. We decided to divide this substantial amount among three fundraisers:
- 103,455 UAH for MAVIC in Sergey Sternenko's drone army.
- 24,045 UAH to the Kharkiv bar DITCH team for regular charity events and fundraisers.
- 11,500 UAH to support former bartender and now wounded soldier Oleksiy Marmaro.
We also contributed to supporting Oleksiy with an additional donation of 20 UAH from each sold charity cocktail, amounting to a total of 680 UAH.
Charity Cocktails «POLUNOCHNYKY» became part of the legendary bar community fundraiser, so throughout December, we prepared the «Kiy Masala» cocktail with «KYI» vodka. 35 bars united to raise 1,150,000 UAH for Mavic 3T thermal imaging drones for the 1st Battalion of the 3rd OShBR 4th Company. All proceeds from the sale of charity cocktails went towards purchasing powerful drones!
Our share of the total collection was 30,000 UAH.
Charity Guest at Horeca Masters Event Famous Ukrainian lawyer YEVHEN KOMAROV became our star bartender for one evening, mixing signature cocktails. 1,450 UAH from the sold cocktails was donated for drone collection.
Charity Guest of Elina Mbane Two hours behind the bar counter and an hour behind the microphone—adding 5,000 UAH of charity donations from the sold cocktails to the general enjoyment of the guests. The entire amount was donated to Superhumans with the support of BAROMETER.
Charity Negroni Week Together with Campari, we launched the sale of a charity Negroni to honor the international Negroni Week and raised 13,000 UAH for IT SHELTER, a Carpathian shelter for refugees and displaced persons.
BAROMETER x SUPERHUMANS The return of the legendary bar show took place with the charitable goal of dedicating this year's event to raising funds for the Superhumans Foundation. Our team participated in BAROMETER 2024 and prepared cocktails for bartenders, hospitality colleagues, and bar show guests for two days.
98,490 UAH — the charity amount from the cocktails we sold in two days. The total amount collected by all BAROMETER participants — 800,000 UAH.
Fundraiser for Helping to Leave The winning cocktail «ALLO» by Kyrylo Kravchenko, dedicated to Kherson, from the Cointreau competition, raised 24,803 UAH in charity. The funds were donated to assist with evacuation from occupied territories.
POLUNOCHNYKY B-DAY For our third anniversary, we collected a donation of 15,900 UAH, which was donated to the «SUPERHUMANS» Foundation for rehabilitation, prosthetics, and reconstructive surgery for those affected by the war.
TOTAL: 506,627 UAH We are grateful to everyone who shares our values and love for our Homeland!
